Opalescent

As I painted the highlights on this sunlit wave, I noticed that my palette seemed to have the shimmering hues of an opal—a spectrum of violet, pink, and turquoise—encrusted in golden foam. The warm and cool hues danced harmoniously, evoking the ethereal allure of an opal's radiance.

I love how the colors swirl and merge upon the canvas, much like how the waves dance together when the ocean is bathed in the golden light of the setting sun.
