Sidi Bou Said is a small district in Tunis known for its white houses with doors painted in blue. It was home to artists Paul Klee and August Mack for a long time. I liked to paint several parts of this little town on the hill catching the beautiful reflections of the sea and Mediterranean light. Quiet back streets have been my favorite subject to paint.
