With my camera in hand I was invited to ride on the committee boat during a Regatta in Navarre Beach, Florida. The captain cruised closely to the sailboats in the race so I could get some amazing shots. I edited this photo a bit to enhance the composition before painting it in oil on a gessoed panel.
