"Rocks in a Box Blue" is a series of 5 paintings highlighting different stones and crystals. These paintings intend to evoke a feeling through color. In this case, I chose a pallet of warm blues with discrete touches of reds to bring calmness and serenity to the viewer without boring the eye. The sparse glimpses of reds stimulate interest and activate the brain. Overall this composition aims to make the viewer experience an active meditation.
